VIP Guarantee

1. Purpose of the VIP Warranty

The VIP Warranty provides additional protection for bracelets purchased on our website, including replacement with a new item in the event of accidental breakage or abnormal wear.

2. Warranty Period

The VIP Warranty is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase of the bracelet.

3. Conditions of Application

• Accidental Breakage: The warranty covers damage resulting from unintentional accidents. An assessment will be carried out to determine whether the breakage was accidental. Damage caused intentionally or by negligence is not covered.
• Abnormal Wear: Abnormal wear refers to defects that appear prematurely and do not result from normal use of the jewelry. Natural wear over time is not covered.

4. Warranty Exclusions

The VIP Warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused intentionally or by negligence.
• Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties.
• Normal wear of the bracelet due to time and regular use.
• Loss or theft of the bracelet after successful delivery.

5. Claim Procedure

In the event of a claim covered by the VIP Warranty:

• Declaration: Contact our customer service within 14 days of discovering the damage or the expected delivery date in case of non-delivery.
• Required Documents: Provide proof of purchase, clear photos of the damaged bracelet, and a detailed description of the incident.
• Assessment: After receiving the documents, an assessment will be carried out to determine eligibility for replacement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the replacement of a maximum of one bracelet in accordance with the terms of the VIP Warranty. No additional compensation may be claimed for indirect or consequential damages. Only one replacement is possible per insured order during the VIP warranty period.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will apply to warranties purchased after the date the terms are updated.

8. Reminder of Legal Warranties

This commercial warranty is in addition to the rights available to the consumer under the legal warranty of conformity (articles L. 217-3 and following of the Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (articles 1641 and following of the Civil Code).
