Delivery

Each order is carefully packaged in our signature packaging, which includes a small pouch and a box. If you order several different bracelets, each bracelet will have its own small pouch, and then the pouches will be placed in the box. If you wish, you can order additional boxes with your order.

Delivery is free for all your orders. Every shipment comes with online tracking and secure handling. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive your tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel’s journey in real time. If you are not present at the time of delivery, your order may be delivered to a pick-up point or directly to your mailbox.

Returns

If the product you received does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the receipt of your package to request a return by following this link: Request a return

Returns are free for any exchange request or store credit request. In the case of a refund request, a fee of €6.90 will be deducted from the refunded amount. We process refunds within a maximum of 10 days after receiving your return, directly to the payment method used for your order. Please note that all personalized bracelets cannot be returned or exchanged.
