
Delivery
Each order is carefully packaged in our signature packaging, which includes a small pouch and a box. If you order several different bracelets, each bracelet will come in its own pouch, and the pouches will then be placed in the box. If you wish, you may also order additional boxes with your purchase.
Shipping is complimentary for all your orders. Each shipment includes online tracking and secure handling. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive your tracking number by email, allowing you to monitor your parcel’s progress in real time. If you are not available at the time of delivery, your order may be delivered to a pick-up point or directly to your mailbox.

Returns
If the product you received does not meet your expectations, you have 30 days from the receipt of your package to request a return by following this link: Request a return
Returns are free for any exchange request or store credit request. In the case of a refund request, return shipping fees of €6.90 will be deducted from the refunded amount. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 10 days after we receive your return, directly to the payment method used for your order. Please note that all personalized bracelets cannot be returned or exchanged.
