Shipping Policy – La Boutique du Bracelet

KEY POINTS TO REMEMBER
Each order is carefully packaged in our signature packaging, which includes a small pouch and a box. If you order several bracelets, each bracelet is placed in its own pouch, and all pouches are then placed in the box. If you wish, you may add extra boxes to your order when they are offered on the Site.
The standard delivery time is 8 to 12 business days from order confirmation. Depending on product availability and exceptional circumstances, this period may be extended, but will not exceed 30 days from the order date, in accordance with applicable legal provisions. In case of delay, you will be informed of the reasons and the new estimated delivery date.
Delivery is free of charge for orders delivered within mainland France (including Corsica), unless otherwise stated at checkout. Delivery is carried out via the carrier indicated when placing your order (for example, Colissimo, Mondial Relay, or any other carrier offered). Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent to you by email.
We provide the tracking number as soon as your parcel is shipped. You can then track the progress of your delivery. If you encounter any issues, you can contact us by email at contact@laboutiquedubracelet.frWe generally respond within 24 to 48 business hours.
ARTICLE 1. PURPOSE
This shipping policy aims to define the terms and conditions applicable to the shipping and delivery of a Product to the Customer by the Publisher.
ARTICLE 2. PARTIES
These terms and conditions apply between SHOPADVENTURE, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €2,000, registered with the Limoges Trade and Companies Register under number 904 295 003, whose registered office is located at 1 avenue d’Ester, 87069 Limoges Cedex 3, France, email address contact@laboutiquedubracelet.fr, EU VAT number FR79904295003, hereinafter referred to as “the Publisher”; and any individual or legal entity purchasing a Product on the La Boutique du Bracelet website, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”.
ARTICLE 3. DEFINITIONS
Customer: any individual or legal entity purchasing a Product on the Site.
Publisher: SHOPADVENTURE, SAS, in its capacity as publisher of the Site.
Product: any type of item sold on the Site by the Publisher to Customers.
Site: the La Boutique du Bracelet website, accessible in particular at laboutiquedubracelet.fr.
ARTICLE 4. SCOPE OF APPLICATION
Browsing the Site and/or placing an order implies full acceptance of this shipping policy. The applicable policy is the one in effect on the date of the order.
ARTICLE 5. DELIVERY
5.1. Delivery areas
The conditions below apply by default to deliveries within mainland France, including Corsica. For any other destination, the applicable terms are indicated at the time of order or must be confirmed by customer service.
5.2. Delivery fees
Delivery fees (or free shipping) are indicated to the Customer before any payment. Amounts are shown in euros, all taxes included.
5.3. Delivery times
Delivery times are indicated at the time of order and reiterated in the confirmation email. As a guideline, the standard timeframe is 8 to 12 business days. In exceptional circumstances, this period may be extended to a maximum of 30 days from the date of order. In case of delay, the Customer will be informed.
5.4. Delivery tracking
A tracking number is provided to the Customer as soon as the order is shipped. Tracking is available via the link or number sent in the shipping email.
5.5. Damaged package or issue upon receipt
If a parcel is delivered that is clearly and visibly damaged, the Customer is invited to make specific reservations with the carrier and to contact the Publisher as soon as possible to enable a claim to be filed and an appropriate solution to be implemented.
5.6. Transfer of risk
The risk of loss or damage is transferred to the consumer Customer at the moment when they, or a third party designated by them, physically take possession of the Product.
5.7. Delivery delay
In the event of a delay, the Customer may, after having given formal notice to the Publisher to deliver within an additional reasonable period, terminate the contract if delivery has not taken place within this period. Any amounts paid will then be refunded in accordance with the applicable regulations.
ARTICLE 6. FINAL PROVISIONS
6.1. Governing law
This shipping policy is governed by French law.
6.2. Modifications
The shipping policy may be modified at any time by the Publisher. The applicable version is the one in force on the date of the order.
6.3. Disputes & Mediation
In the event of a dispute, the consumer Customer may contact the consumer mediator SAS Médiation Solution (https://sasmediationsolution-conso.fr/) free of charge or use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
6.4. Entire agreement
The invalidity of any clause does not affect the validity of the other clauses.
6.5. No waiver
The fact that the Publisher does not exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
6.6. Telephone solicitation

6.7. Language
This shipping policy is written in French.
6.8. Unfair terms
The provisions apply subject to the mandatory provisions of the Consumer Code relating to unfair terms.
