Refund Policy – La Boutique du Bracelet

KEY POINTS TO REMEMBER
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your legal right of withdrawal, in accordance with the Consumer Code.
Additionally, La Boutique du Bracelet offers you an extended commercial policy up to 30 days from receipt, subject to the conditions specified below.

Personalized bracelets
Personalized bracelets are made according to your specific choices. In accordance with Article L221-28, 3° of the Consumer Code, they are not eligible for the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned or refunded.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or non-conformity, an appropriate solution (exchange or replacement) will be offered.

ARTICLE 1. PARTIES
These terms apply between SHOPADVENTURE, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with a share capital of €2,000, registered with the Limoges Trade and Companies Register under number 904 295 003, whose registered office is at 1 avenue d’Ester, 87069 Limoges Cedex 3, France, email address contact@laboutiquedubracelet.fr, hereinafter referred to as “the Publisher,” and any person purchasing a Product on the La Boutique du Bracelet website, hereinafter referred to as “the Customer.”
ARTICLE 2. PURPOSE
This policy sets out the conditions for returning, exchanging, crediting, and refunding Products sold on the Site, in addition to the General Terms and Conditions of Sale and applicable legal provisions.
ARTICLE 3. RETURN REQUEST – GENERAL TERMS
All return requests must be made within the applicable timeframes (see articles 4 and 5) via the online form.
Products must be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold, with any accessories, and without any damage resulting from handling other than what is necessary to assess their nature, characteristics, and proper functioning.

ARTICLE 4. LEGAL RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (DAY 1 TO DAY 14)
In accordance with articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code, the consumer Customer has a period of 14 days from receipt of the Product to exercise their legal right of withdrawal.
In this context:
- The refund covers the full price of the Product, as well as standard delivery fees where applicable.
- Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer. If a return label is provided by the Publisher, the actual cost of this label may be deducted from the refund.
- No refund or fixed processing fees are applied during this legal period.
The refund is processed within a maximum of 14 days from notification of withdrawal, which may be delayed until actual receipt of the return or proof of shipment.

ARTICLE 5. EXTENDED COMMERCIAL POLICY (DAY 15 TO DAY 30)
As a commercial gesture, La Boutique du Bracelet accepts returns up to 30 days after receipt of the package, under the following conditions:
5.1. Exchange or store credit
- Free returns.
- No processing fees.
5.2. Refund
In the event of a refund request under this commercial policy (beyond the legal 14 days), a fixed amount of 6,90 € is deducted from the refunded amount, corresponding to processing and return fees.
The refund is processed within a maximum of 10 days after receipt and inspection of the return, using the original payment method.

ARTICLE 6. PROMOTIONS AND FREE ITEMS
Products offered as part of a promotion (e.g. “3rd item free”) cannot be refunded. Depending on the case, they may be exchanged or a replacement, according to the terms specified at the time of the return request.
When the return of one or more paid Products results in the loss of the conditions eligibility for a promotional offer, the refund or credit is processed based on the amounts actually paid, after removal of the promotional benefit that has become inapplicable.
In this case:
- or the free Product must also be returned;
- either the value of the promotional benefit granted (free item or discount applied) is deducted from the refund or credit.
Promotions "50% off the 2nd item" and "3rd item free"
In the event of a partial return of an order that benefited from a promotional offer ("50% off the 2nd item", "3rd item free", or any equivalent offer), the refund or credit is calculated to prevent a Client from retains a promotional benefit without meeting the original conditions of the offer.
The Client is refunded or credited only on the basis of the items actually retained, at the prices actually paid after cancellationromotional benefit that has become inapplicable.

This policy is governed by French law.
