Conditions:
Warranty period: 6 months from the date of purchase. Accidental breakage: Replacement is only valid if the breakage is deemed unintentional after assessment. Abnormal wear: The warranty only covers cases of premature wear considered abnormal, excluding normal wear over time. Exclusions: Intentional damage, negligence, modifications made to the bracelet, or inappropriate use are not covered.

Each order is carefully packed in our Signature packaging, including a small pouch and a box. If you order several different bracelets, each bracelet will have its own small pouch, then the pouches will be placed in the box. If you wish, you can add extra boxes to your order.
Shipping is free on all your orders. Every shipment includes online tracking and secure handling. As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive your tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel in real time. If you’re not home, delivery can be made to a pickup point or directly to your mailbox.
Returns are free for any exchange request or store credit request. If you request a refund, a €6.90 fee will be deducted from the refunded amount. Refunds are processed within a maximum of 10 days after we receive your return, directly to the payment method used when placing the order. Please note that all personalized bracelets, as well as bracelets offered as part of promotions, are not eligible for return or exchange.
