VIP Guarantee
1. Purpose of the VIP Guarantee
The VIP Guarantee offers additional protection for bracelets purchased on our site, including replacement with a new one in the event of accidental breakage or abnormal wear.
2. Duration of the Guarantee
The VIP Guarantee is valid for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase of the bracelet.
3. Conditions of Application
- Accidental Breakage : The warranty covers damage resulting from unintentional accidents. An assessment will be conducted to determine whether the breakage was accidental. Intentional or negligent damage is not covered.
- Abnormal Wear : Defects that appear prematurely and are not the result of normal use of the jewelry are considered abnormal wear. Natural wear due to time is not covered.
- Transport Insurance : In the event of loss or theft of the package during delivery, a replacement will be made at no additional cost. This insurance is valid until the first presentation of the package at the indicated delivery address.
4. Warranty Exclusions
The VIP Guarantee does not cover:
- Damage caused intentionally or negligently.
- Modifications or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties.
- Normal wear and tear of the bracelet due to time and regular use.
- Loss or theft of the bracelet after its successful delivery.
5. Complaint Procedure
In the event of a claim covered by the VIP Guarantee:
- Declaration : Contact our customer service within 14 days of discovering the damage or expected receipt of the package in case of non-delivery.
- Required Documents : Provide proof of purchase, clear photos of the damaged bracelet, and a detailed description of the incident.
- Assessment : After receipt of documents, an assessment will be conducted to determine eligibility for replacement.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the replacement of a maximum of one bracelet in accordance with the terms of the VIP Guarantee. No additional compensation may be claimed for indirect or consequential damages. Only one replacement possible per order insured during the VIP warranty period.
7. Modification of the Conditions
We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will apply to guarantees purchased after the date the terms and conditions are updated.
