Delivery

Each order is carefully packaged in its signature packaging, which includes a small pouch and a box. If you order multiple bracelets, each bracelet will have its own small pouch, and then the pouches will be placed inside the box. You can order additional boxes with your order if you wish.

Every delivery is secured and insured by Colissimo. As soon as your package is shipped, the tracking number will be sent to you by email. If you are not there at the time of delivery, your package will be left at a collection point or in your mailbox. Delivery is expected within 8 to 10 business days.

We will provide you with the tracking number as soon as your package has been shipped. You can then go directly to our website to track the progress of your delivery. If you encounter any problems, please do not hesitate to contact us by email at contact@laboutiquedubracelet.fr. We generally respond within 24 to 48 hours. You can also contact us by phone at 05 18 27 00 12 from Monday to Tuesday and Thursday to Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

If the product received does not suit you, you have 30 days from receipt of the package to request a return by following this link: Request a return

Returns are free for all exchange or voucher requests. In the event of a refund request, a return fee of €6.90 will be deducted from the refunded amount. We will issue refunds within a maximum of 10 days after receiving your return, directly to the payment method used when ordering. Please note that all personalized bracelets will not be returned or exchanged.
